Vox and frogfoot home fibre

I stay in whiteriver senatorpark using Vox and frogfoot Fibre, it's been 5 days with no internet, we called Vox stayed in the line waiting for almost 5hrs, several times, they only logged a ticket and saying it's frogfoot problem while we paying them... As I write we are at Vox office nelspruit, they busy with sales etc.. No assistance and wwe can't work..... Im available on *** if they willing to help as i already tired of talking to a machine.
