Vox and Evotel is the worst service providers!

This is the worst company to use as a Internet service provider. I logged a call for wifi that is down before 9am this morning held on for over 10 min for a call to be logged, was promised a reference number, that I never received and had to call again since i received no feedback as promised. I called again, spoke to a so called manager who literally told me his hands are tied and that Evotel( company they hired) does not work om Sundays and there's nothing further he can do, but to wait for their managers to respond on his email, since they don't have contact numbers that he can call. Meaning irrespective of the urgency, you will justbhave to wait until Monday when they feel like attending tonyoir query. I dont understand for the life of me, how does a internet/ wifi service provider not work on weekends, yet issues can occur at any point or time! More so we get charged in full, irrespective of their never ending down times and maintenance, which majority of the time occurs without any notice and yet I get told there's nothing he can do but wait for a response, meaing i have to pay for a service that does not work, how does that make any sence logically and legally? This company has absolutely no idea what customer service or satisfaction is and I made it very clear that i will be canceling my contract and taking the 25 customers I referred to them with me and making sure that their ceo Jacques Du Toit hears about this! They don't give a damn about urgency or the fact that I made it clear that i work from home or that I appear in court virtually and therefore need my wifi! They just don't care and the level of pathetic service delivery is an understatement. I don't even think they know what customer retention is or that its important to them after the unbelievable feedback i got from the manager i spoke to today. Vox and Evotel are honestly the worst and the only thing they do very well is to take your money. I am certain there are much better service providers then this horrible company and probably cheaper too, because i am clearly flippen paying so much money for such BS!
