Vox and bad consumer service

It’s usually so hard to get vox to help you with anything honestly I had to call twice the first guy I spoke to told me that I will receive a call back which I didn’t I had to call again because I know my service provider and not calling back but hey thank God you done something right with hiring people like Devon Heywood-Jones he is amazing and so patient ... I get overwhelmed when you call and the person that is helping is not patient but wow what an amazing guy .Vox is not good with customer service at all but they done something right by hiring Devon Heywood-Jones
