VOX - ALL ABOUT MONEY, NOT CLIENTS

Vox has a full calendar month cancellation policy. My property was sold on 3rd April 2024 and I had to be out by 31st April 2024. I submitted my cancellation on 6 April 2024. Simply as this entire situation was out of my control. Even with the proof of my Agreement of Sale. They refuse to let me pay pro rata for the 6 days I missed due to the property being sold. It was impossible to give a full calendar month notice. Now that I am in a new premises and unable to use my 'last' month in their opinion as I have missed it by 6 days. I still have to pay for a full month WITH NO SERVICE FROM VOX. Swithcing service providers and being funny I would have got and understood it. But with this being out of my control. I WILL AS FAR AS I GO, MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THEIR DISGUSTUNG SERVICE AND ATTITUDES. (Not even mentioning the frustration trying to reach a capable human via phone and being put on hold for 20mins at a time)

The eployees of VOX and their attitudes are truly one for the books. Beyond disgusting and unpleasant to deal with.
