VOX - again….!!!!!
So I wake up to no internet. Go check online, and account is suspended????? How, I pay my account every month. Then I see on Friday, there was an invoice raised, for R1999, no description….. And then I also note that my annual contract agreement of R695 that I pay every month, has changed to R708??? Why? Also, numerous suspension emails this morning from 4:40am onwards….when normal people are sleeping….Wow, I actually have no words…everytime I think VOX service cannot get worse then it does. PLEASE can someone explain to me what is going on?

The possibility of your accounts team efficiently resolving this asap is not going to happen. We all know that. I want my internet switched on now please. I have paid for my service for March 2024.
