Vox after service

I am so disappointed in Vox! My fibre did not work after loadshedding on Saturday morning. I started phoning Vox's technical devision, that is not even toll free. That was 4 days ago. I had to buy data so that I could meet my deadlines. Guess who is still waiting for Vox to send an onsite technician to my residence. I am also waiting for a reply from technical support that was suppose to phone me to let me know when someone would come out not to mention the sales rep who I sent a WhatsApp to with all my calls and emails to Vox. They are fast to want to sell their products but their after service suck!!!!!
