VOX

I think vox technical depart is not up to standard they call back still waiting that they have to come out to replace a rooter it is 5 days already, buying data, phoning them and nothing just put you through to people to log a ticket and then nothing i thin this service is poor after i have been with them for more than 6 years already the service is down the drain. And they come with the excuse that there is a national outage, but unfortunately, we requested people in the area where we live, they say they have wifi all around us, and that is also with Vodacom and Vumatel

We have received confirmation from our Support team that the matter has been escalated to the Network Provider, Vumatel for assistance. 
We will provide feedback to you via the initial request logged. 
 
There is currently an outage recorded

I am not satisfied with your answer your technician better be at my house as i have spoken to Vuma tell and spoken to a couple of managers at your side your rooter is in reboot mode so why do your company not come out as this is no again a problem as it started last month you people do not phone back as well can i name the people i have spoken to before and every one of them said they will phone back and nobody phones

It is very nice of the Manager Thomas that he said he will phone back, but now when i phone, he is not available, went on holiday, same as Jason told me as well they will phone back, nobody has phoned, spoken to Jacques and Darren, who are also supposed to be managers. Well,, I can tell you the things will be thrown out tonight on the sidewalk. I am finished waiting for somebody to phone back and nobody does
