Vox sent me an email to invoice for my monthly subscription plus the pro-rata amount for the ten days that we have been on their network. I indicated that this should be deducted from my account as a debit order and completed their payment confirmation. The invoice stated that the due date is the 1st of April. They sent the payment through on the 27th of March and the funds were not available as I get paid on the last day of the month. I sent an email requesting someone to contact me urgently and they responded with a call from accounts. I spoke to a lady called Gezelle Jacobzs...she said to me that the payment had cleared on their side but that I should give it three working days and contact them on Monday 1 April. On Friday 29March my account was suspended...without warning. I went online and paid the invoice plus the R35 they charged me for the rejected payment with my credit card that cleared immediately. On Saturday 30 March I phoned them, only to find out I can only speak to accounts on Monday. I selected the fibre support option and I was then transferred to the person working on accounts for the day. She was very friendly and helpful and said that I should send proof of payment to her at ********** , but as it was a creditcard payment I didn't receive an emailed proof of payment. She stated that I could send a screenshot of the deduction and that would be sufficient to unsuspend my account. After phoning them again she said that they could only assist me on Monday 1 April as the p.o.p was not good enough and that they are waiting for proof from the bank. So I would like to know, will they be refunding my R100 that the bank charged me for not having funds available, the R35 they charged me for payment not going through that I paid with my credit card and then will I also be refunded the two days of zero connection? Looking at other reviews on hellopeter and other sites they aren't getting many good ratings...
