VOX abuse their applicants' ID numbers and Bank Details.

I app**** to VOX online and asked for quotes on Fibre. The 'friendly' and 'helpful' consultant phoned me and recommended as package (thinking back, she did not provide me with different options), just said that one package is perfect for me. She asked for a number of personal details, which I gave, including my ID number. Then she asked for my banking details, and I refused to give them. She became very angry and frustrated with me and asked me what she should tell her boss, and that I wasted 16 minutes of her time. It's not my issue, not my process and not my responsibility, therefore I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE PENALISED IF I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE MY BANK DETAILS OVER THE PHONE!
