Vox, absolutely No service

My ping to gaming servers in europe used to be 150ms. Tuesday this suddenly changed to between 250ms and 300ms. I sent an email on Tuesday afternoon and got a reference number, no feed back by Sunday afternoon, absolutely nothing. I sent new emails with the initial reference number to ask for assistance only to receive a new reference number every time. You can't rate service if it does not exist.
