VOX / ABSA

I have been an ABSA client for the past 35 years. (Volskas / Trust Bank) I found out today that VOX has an debit order to the amount of R80 which is being deducted from my ABSA account? This has been happening since 2012 without me knowing that VOX apparently hosts an e-mail account on my behalf. (***) It amounts to approx R7200 that was deducted from my account over the past 10 years. If there are only 10 000 other people in the same situation it is an astonishing amount of R72 Million.? I went to ABSA about 8 years ago to find out why there is a debit order for VOX and was told that it is to be able to do internet banking. I left it at that. I am now a pensioner and decided today to contact VOX instead of ABSA to find out from them what the debit order is about only to be told that they took over all the ABSA email accounts in 2012. I am sure there are way more than 10 000 other clients in the same situation and that VOX has been making way over R720 million out of unsuspected client over the past 10 years?
