Vox a bunch of *****s

They are a bunch of ****** and as soon as I can I will be canceling.

When I signed up I set my payment date to the 26th of every month, Vox changed it out of there own and now tells me I am in arrears and suspended my service when I pay on time every month. I explained to this lady called Amy that if the 26th of every month is a problem then why put it down as a option for payment. She insisted that the payment date is the 1st of every month and not the 26th where on my app it shows the 26th and I have email confirmation from Vox showing that it's been set to that date..
