Yet i have still not received my rooter to actually use my fibre , i have send emails on emails and no responce , i have called and all they do is place you through to someone new , no assistance ...

This is really bad service , your quick to advertise everywhere and spread your name , yet when it comes to helping your paying clients you dont offer any help ?
