I have been a customer with VOX for many years and yet VOX will still take me for a ride!!!
I have spent almost R10k (if not more) in cancellation fees as they show no remorse or even try and assist / accommodate their clients.
I have purchased camera's from their site and I can not install them.
I have tried to cancel the order and no one is getting back to me.
Now its the 19th and they still want to charge me a cancellation fee, because it has been 19 days. I have been trying to get this resolved since I got them.
