My fiber line was supposed be released on the 1st of January2025. This only boils down to *********** staff. Have made numerous call to them and nothing has been done. Contacted the Fiber line operator and they informed me the line release was made by Vox only for 1 February 2025. Now I'm without service and the new ISP can't reconnect my Fiber. Useless...
