I am a new customer at Vox. What a disgrace. You can send email on email no one gets back to you. The person that was suppose to help me (a manager) was so rude and didnt even give me time to talk. She close the ticket and as I said my emails dont get answered. You just get ticket no without anything happening. Please can I get some service????
