Vix refusing to honor a promotion as advertised by Vumatel

During end of June beginning July I enquired about a promotion that was published on Vumatel’s website with Vox as internet provider.

I already had internet and had to verify with Vumatel if this promotion would still be honored if I sign up for this deal but delay activation for a month due to having to give 1 month notice to current provider.

I was assured yes. I was advised keep a copy of the promotion from the website as reference. I was guaranteed that there will be no complications.

Now a month and week later I am sitting without internet in my house for a week now as my okd provider stopped service as per my instructions and no fiber internet activated as per my instructions.

It has been a week of phone calls every day and emails goikg backwards and forwards asking me to provide proof of this promotion and that it was requested during the two months it was advertised. May i just add there was NEVER any dates published on the website for this promotion time frame.

Yet still today I am waiting. I’m still being asked for proof to be able to activate my fibre which was already installed as per the promotion and instructions from Vumatel, yet Vox is refusing to accommodate and honor the promotion I app**** for at Vumatel.

This is the worst service and experience I have had in a long time and the mere fact that I have to try and prove from my side. Make 100’s of ohone calls to chase people up every day to find out what the status is of the situation as no one calls me back and every day another excuse.

I just want my internet activated I app**** for via Vumatel as per the promotion on their website at the time.
