Very very very very poor service
I took out an account with Vox in december of 2022 and i was made aware that as long as i do not cancel my services within the first 12 months there would be no cancellation fee i was also not aware of any initiation fees to be paid so now they cut my services off since January 2023 because i did not pay the initiation fee i have specified i will not pay the initiation fee as i have not been notified of this now i have to pay my monthly fee plus initiation fee i did not have a problem to pay but now that i have cancelled i have to pay an additional R2450.00 and the initiation fees plus the o/s balances of R2590 so in other words i have to pay R5040.00 for three months of no services?????? this is pathetic and i will not leave it there really. please do not ever make use of this internet service provider they are really very smooth when you join but afterwards you will pay.

Kindly note that Vox conditionally waivers the Setup/Configuration and Installation charges for the activation of the fibre services upon sign up, on the condition that the services remain active for 12 months.
Should the service be cancelled within the 12 month period, the conditionally waivered Setup/Configuration and Installation charge is billed back to the account.
Please note that the billing is not for the Vox router, but for the Setup and Configuration of the services.
