VERY VERY VERY POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
So my last review was removed, so I have to do this again.
The short of it, getting any responses to emails from VOX is impossible.
My account was handed over after I sent several emails and they would rather cancel my account than to try and retain me as I never wanted to cancel this in the first place.
