VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

VERY VERY bad service.

I have just tried 4 times to get hold of VOX (accounts department).

Eventually after the 4th time, i managed to get hold of someone in the deptors department that cannot speak, that someone can hear them.

I was just trying to make arrangements to pay my account later in the month.
