VERY RUDE

I called the sales call centre last week @ 9am. The consultant I spoke with was rude and very unproffesional and not helpful at all. I explained my issue to her and she just dismissed me, I ended up dropping the call. My issue yes is not the fault of VOX but I have dilemma.
