VERY poor service VOX Telecom

Fr 3 weeks I have been experiencing connectivity issues. Today I lost all connectivity. I am sick of the lackadaisical attitude of their technicians - their standard response is there is nothing we can do. Threaten with call out fees. I am at my wits end. They came highly recommended - will NEVER recommend to anyone.
