Very poor service
15 May 2023, 16:42 Poor customer service Still struggling with vox, after my previous complaint they got back to me and I've received a router but no fibre line/box for connection. So how exactly am I supposed to use the router? The agent I'm in contact with is no longer answering my calls... wow
