Very poor customer support

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at Vox Telecom. Our Wi-Fi has been down for several days, despite numerous attempts contact customer support using the provided number have not been able to reach anyone we have spent a significant amount of airtime trying to resolve this issue. But have received no assistance. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider alternative providers if reliable customer support is important to them.
