Very good service from Le-Mond Neff

I would just like to thank Le-Mond Neff from your technical helpdesk! Yesterday I called in with a network problem. This gentleman knew exactly what we needed to do. He quickly responded with some instructions for me to follow, working on his side he lead me to fix our issues! The patients and professionalism is something I have not seen from any internet service provider before. Going out of his way and further to help. Thanks to him I can work comfortable again but even more my games are back to 20ms!!!!!!!!! Thanks Le-Mond Neff.
