Very dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied. Takes more than 1 moth to install at home adress. when they finally came they discovered there was no power from the lines. Technician said that he installed the surrounding houses also with the same problem. so if they had the same problem at every house, why didnt they expect the same problem at this adress, and came prepared. Wifi still not connected. if the this is how they operate imagine the aftersales Very poor service from Jeffreys bay. wouldnt recommend. VOX***4-T1
