Very Dissapointed in VOX

I used to think VOX was awesome. Referred many people as well and then I moved house. Was told to re apply. Then got hit with a termination figure of R1700 odd for merely wanting to move services to another premises. Past 3 weeks told I am up and running and to date guess what I am still not up and running after SADV was here yet again today. 33 minutes later on the phone told switch off for 2 minutes then back on and will work. GUESS what VOX still not working. I am so frustrated in the meantime I am not only running up my phone bill but using data as well just because you cannot get right. maybe it is time to look for another service provider because clearly my business means SQUAT.
