Very disappointing service

I requested an install at my new apartment. They came to install within 2 weeks (Both routers). They said the internet should be working and ready. After trying to connect it just didn't work. For the last 3 weeks ive been calling them everyday asking for a definitive answer on the issue and why its taking so long. They keep telling me they are working on the issue (Whatever it is) and should be sorted in (x) amount of working days. Its been a really tiresome proses to deal with and its also been very costly. I've spent hundreds on airtime to call them and for mobile data in the interim. I am honestly very disappointed in the service. I will keep this post updates on when they actually sorted the line.
