Very difficult to deal with the Vox team

After encountering significant communication challenges with Vox, I was relieved when they approved a refund for an unwarranted deduction. Despite assurances from Junanil on March 7th that the refund would be processed within 7-13 days, it's now March 25th, and the refund has yet to materialize. Attempts to seek assistance from Vox were met with frustration, including dropped calls, unresponsive support, and an inactive WhatsApp chatbot. I hope Vox addresses these issues promptly to improve their service for all customers.
