VOX telecom Fibre: Very Bad Service -Don't use" Reconsider - accounts department not to be trusted, never return calls but quick to debit your account - complaints procedures do not exist - ticket numbers / complaints an automated process - rate their service - all complaints not individually addressed - automated email addresses and responses like banks - think twice - had less problems with Telkom ASDL - Installation process tedious and not complete - nearly 6 months via Open Serve system not yet fully functional for dialing, signal not strong if more that 2 devices are used - think before you can your existing service provider and/or Telkom
