Very bad service
O boy do not look for or expect service from Vox, because their is no service!!! We apply for a new account a mont and a half ago!! After numerous follow up with Vox I find out today that there is no order number allocate for my application!! My experiences with Vox is that they do not take ownership or responsibility when a problem end on their desk in stead they shift the problem to the next service provider in line ! Are Vox serious about business? According to me: No!! Please find a service provider that are serious about business!! Vox is not one of them!!
