Very bad service
Very bad service from them , being transferred from one department to another with no help
Been having an enquiry with my account from February first week and now we in May and still the issue has not been resolved,
When I was finally put through to the accounts department no1 answered I was on hold for 20 minutes, dropped the call and called again then still be on hold for close to 10 minutes.
Their customer service is very poor and unacceptable
