Very bad service!!!
Very bad service!!!! We do not get what we pay for and we have sent how many emails but nothing gets dine. This is breach if agreement on vox side and we will not recommend anyone.

There is no Service Level Agreement between Vox and the customer with regards to resolution timeframes of downtime and provision of strength on different PlayStation/Gaming/Internet TV connections or any other services making use of the Broadband Services.
The services performs to the best of its ability and should any issues arise;
we have capable technical engineers available 24/7 awaiting to assist customers to come to a speedy resolution within a very limited time frame.
