Very bad customer service

0 or 1 Star rating is not low enough. Hello Peter staff: please create stars up to negative 5 for special businesses like Vox and Frogfoot. Fibre is down on a regular basis, without any notification on their app. They cannot be reached on phone, and hardly ever reply via email. Very bad customer service.
