Utterly ridiculously and completely useless

I'm so disappointed, my fibre boxes was installed 3 weeks ago and I was told then that my line is not yet active, but strangely enough all my neighbors are using their fibre. I've been mailing constantly to find out what the holdup is and why I don't have my router yet, then I only get told to phone the people that needs to bring the router myself as Vox cant get hold of them. No feedback from nobody unless I make contact first. I want their nonsense removed from my house so that I can get a service provider that actually wants to do business and cares for their customers. This is utter nonsense.
