Utterly disgusted
I am at boiling point now with this service from Vox. My debit order is set for the 1st, you run a debit order on the 29th which bounced. I let it go and made the EFT payment yesterday. Today I am getting billed R35.28 admin fee for a debit order you ran on the wrong day. Like are you for real right now???????? Pathetic really pathetic!!!! I am making this stupid payment before you find an excuse to cut me off which will probably come with more charges. I just needed to vent. Don't even call me, I will just lose it with the person who calls me.
