USESLESS VOX

A few months ago I signed up with Vox telecoms. The sales person, who shall remain nameless, advised me to sign up as an individual and then cede the account to my company. I was also told at the time that having my second router connected would be no problem "I must just tell them when they come to install". Well after 3 tries and many fights we finally gave up on the second router and my husband tried to do it himself - resulting in him falling through the ceiling. Now, trying to get the session done to my company has become a circus, a total mess. Stay away from these guys. They are only interested in you until the contract is signed and then they could not care less.
