Useless when it comes to Fibre

I've only had fiber for 11 days, but my internet's been down 3 times. Last time for more than a day, this time for the 2nd day now. When you call they talk you through the usual switch off the modem and all that. When it still doesn't work, they say they'll get an on-site technician to call you back to investigate. No one ever calls you back. When you call back with your reference no. all they say is they've escalated the matter. I've had better service from Telkom
