Useless Vox Telecom

Its been 3months now that I am struggling for vox to connect my fibre. In August when vox created my account and came to do installation, I cancelled my old wifi I used from a local company. Ever since We have been using around R1500 worth of data we have to buy on mtn between us. The vox technician, Jessie, based in upington is ignoring my whatsapp and phone call communication. He is not picking up nor responding. I reached out to a lady, thandeka, that is working with my account. On several occasions. They are not helping. Nobody can tell me what the issue is why they cant connect me. She handed my account over to her supervisor. Her name is Penelope. She is also useless. Promised me this and that. I still dont have access to internet. Now they tell me that if i cancel and move to mweb, I must pay R2500 for router and installation. Like what installation are you talking about. I dont have internet!! What installation!! Is there anyone senior people from vox that can help me???
