Useless Vox Support

Numerous phone calls and emails, and promises to call me back but never do. Useless !!! I've been struggling with my latency in online gaming and need someone that knows what they are doing. All I get told is we are escalating the issue and still nothing is solved. Useless !!! I've been experiencing this issue ever since the serious load shedding that happened, its like people at Vox don't know what to do, or just are lazy and don't want to help.
