Useless Vox and Vuma - terrible combination

Vox telecoms has the worst service I have ever experienced. Their agents do provide adequate responses even if the call logged is open for over 6 days. No engineer/Vumatel has ever called me back for any of the countless calls I've logged. The call center is beyond useless, being on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes and they cut the call and never call back. You can even email the help center several times and will never hear back from anyone. Have gone over 6 days without Fibre which seemingly is no problem for them when their customers are unhappy. Do not sign-up with Vox or Vumatel.
