Useless Vox and Frogfoot fibre connection

If anyone is thinking of installing Vox Fibre, I'd think thrice if I were. The most inept when it comes to installing their router in order for it to work. I have been connected to their network for more than 7days yet I still can't use the fibre because it's failing to connect yet they'll be expecting me to pay for their service or lack thereof and if you call them just make sure you have more than 2000 minutes talk time cause you gonna wait forever on the line.
