Useless Vox

Do not EVER, and I mean EVER, try and move your business to VOX Telecom. I have submitted my signed application for ADSL to Vox Telecom on the 19th of October 2018 whereby I was told that I need to request my current service provider to release the line back to Open Serve for them to use it. That was done on the 1st of November 2018 which was obviously the first day the one expects your new service provider to take over the line. Up until today, I cannot even get my application approved at Vox. They only stated that I must wait in the queue, because they have too little staff for all the applications. In the mean time, I have to pay exorbitant prices for data from the Cellphone companies.
