Useless VOX

This is the most useless service provider I ever had to deal with. I have been without internet for a week now. No one answers the phones and if you are lucky to get hold of them they will only escalate the matter for urgent. I had to pay for a service they do not render to me. So what am I paying for. Never use them they have a lot of excuses that they struggle with there service provider so man up and sort them out or stop making false promises to the public
