Useless to the most extreme.

We are clients of VOX Telecom for a number of years, but I must say they are terrible at the best of times. We have various messages that go out on our business telephone service, which will notify the people calling in of our office hours and standby telephone numbers. I cant remember that they got it right on any one time the first time over all the years. One can give it to them in writing in advance, or s****-feed them when you need it, but with very little success. Sometimes I just think they want to be spiteful. They must be the most pathetic bunch of employees in one office.
