Useless service from Vox Telecom

You cannot talk about service with this company! - There is none! I signed up for a fibre installation early in January 2021. Based on the promises from their consultant, I cancelled my service ending my contract on 31 January 2021 with my previous service provider. The installation to my house was completed on 28 January, but not commissioned. I have spoken to at least a dozen consultants who all promise to come back to me. This NEVER happens. I requested that a manager contact me. Again nothing! The excuse is that the cable is damaged. So when are they going to repair it?A week later, and I still don't know when I will be connected. The total lack of communication is disgusting! My supposed client manager has not returned calls or replies to messages for three days and counting. She certainly seems to be promoted beyond her level of ability. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Even though they have not provided me with any service, they also say if I want to cancel my contract, I must pay R1600 for the installation. All I can say is beware of dealing with this useless company who have absolutely no idea of what the words communication and customer service mean.
