Useless Service from Vox

THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE EVER!

I'm renting a Xbox with Vox, the Xbox broke after a year and few moths of renting. I tried to make contact with Vox, the told me to sort it myself with Microsoft, after speaking to Microsoft I have received the information that the Xbox is no longer on warranty with Microsoft cause it's older then one Year.

I phoned Vox numerus times to assist me, I emailed them, they never call me back. They always tell me about the ticket that they will log but nothing has changed.

Now they will email me quickly regarding a payment but when I ask them regarding my issue with them they just send me a final warning regarding the payment.

It is funny how quick they will email you if something went wrong with a payment but I have to struggle for months with them just to get nothing at all...

I'm currently renting a broken Xbox.

if it was rent to own I would've make a plan myself, but it is rental only.
