Useless service

Waiting for some time now for a answer on my order the sale agent told me last week Wednesday it will be at my location in the next 3 days but nothing.

The sales agents are there just for the the contract and no after service I have to wait for days before the sale agent to get back to me after I try to reach him a couple of times.

I have sent emails to the whole of Vox but know reply very very bad service. No help so all just there for the monthly I installment.

Think twice before using Vox as a internet provider.
