Useless service and endless issues

Useless service. They don't reply to emails, drop calls or leave you on hold forever. Since migrating from SADV, I have had issues daily and only have wifi for a few hours per day. Nothing gets done unless you luckily get hold of a call centre agent. Fed up with VOX already and would recommend everyone stays clear of them
