Useless ****** service
I am seriously now fed up with vox. How long does it take you guys to phone a customer back regarding account????? I cant pay my account and you bill my account with a cancelation charge of R3000. Sort out my account so i can pay my bill!!!! Very fast!!!! You are very quick to phone for a new client but as soon as there is issues you dont get hold of anyone!!!!
